Croquet in 2024

We also now have a "Whatsapp Group" so members can instantly play in the periods of quiet use of the lawns - With Whatsapp offering immediate notifications where members can  agree to meet,

play a game there and then or simply meet for a chat and a coffee!

For further details contact our

Chairman Roy Haley or our Secretary John Hannah

Don't forget to check the Calendar too -

(By clicking on an event it will tell you more about it)

................................................

Obviously not all our members  will want to play serious competitive croquet and the club understands that. There will be an alternative lawn layout that simply divides the lawns.

Drop-in golf sessions will continue - (now on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons) on this lawn pattern as will Round Robin days

and

There will be a fair allocation of sessions throughout the week to encourage ‘social golf’ on the four short courts, competitive golf on the two scale long lawns plus Association Golf for the croquet ‘purists’.

All members will be encouraged to have a go at any or all options available.
