I  think this year has been busier than ever, a huge thank you goes to Linda Pike for arranging everything again this year - 

from seating plans to who's having what. It was a lovely lunch, and our thanks go to Conwy golf club who did us proud. What a wonderful way to catch up with each other now the season has ended.

        For some of us the year started before we even got to the beginning of our croquet season - with a new competition for our members playing at Craig Side over the winter period, with

The Sheraton Cup, our congratulations go to this years winner Sue Eccles.

  in April we also had our first impromptu event for Easter bank holiday organised by Barbara and Lynn - the "Tweedledee  and Tweedledum"  competition  - Congratulations go to Sue & Francis who beat Jeff and Graham in the final.  

 the start of our calendar matches began with the NW Federation League 

- Congratulations to Southport Falcons the winners of  our League 

A huge thank you goes to our team members, especially to Linda and Alan who were instrumental in holding the Golf Croquet Craggy Dons teams in the NW Fed and  The Snowdonia Cup (Congratulations go to Chester, the winners of this years competition) -- matches together, with able support from wide group of Craig y Don members which included - Lynn, Bob, Wendy, Jean, Janice, Barbara and Beth.  Without the commitment and dedication show by these stalwart members we would not have been to participate in these competitions over the season.

The last to be run by Linda, who after 10 years has now handed the mantle on to Alan and Linda Taylor for next years Round Robin

On the 7th May we took part in the first Martin Tovey Trophy

(in remembrance of our dear friend) a competition played at Llanfairfechan

 The Dukes Trophy  was on 13th June, with Lynn Seiler our winner of the day, with

Cecilia Lilley winning the plate prize.

​This year, we again entered the heats of the Welsh Team Croquet Championship 

Our playing season was rounded off with the Captains Day - just for fun competition

Congrats go to Nick and Barbara winning today's Club Captains' fun Doubles Day!
A close match, that went to the golden hoop against John and Rosemary and 

this was followed by the Presidents and Chairman's Cups  Finals
